Thirty-four Indictments Returned.

The grand jury yesterday returned thirty-four true bills. Ruby Belle Ammon and J. W. Kly were indicted on four charges of burglary; John Burke and Peter Butler for the murder of David Boiarsky; John Keebel for the murder of William Pierson; and Frank E. Wynkoop, late cashier for Patten Bros., operators in the Rialto Building for the embezzlement of $5,000 of the firm's money. Willie Lindholm, 12 years old, was indicted yesterday on a charge of receiving stolen property, but the jury will again consider this boy's case. His father lives at No. 325 La Salle avenue.
