Military Matters.--Major General George C. Wynkoop of 6th division, P. U. M., announces the appointment of the following officers to compose his Staff: Division Inspector--Hiester Clymer; Aide de Camp--David P. Brown and Wm. H. Gore; Adjutant of Division--C. O. Skeen; Division Paymaster--J. S. Connor; Surgeon of Division--A Heger, M. D.; Assistant do.--C. J. Steinberger, M. D.; Division Quarter Master--M. Mortimer.
