LOCAL AFFAIRS.

    Point to rightMaj. John E. Wynkoop, of the 7th Penna. Cavalry, now in Tennessee, left this Borough on Saturday last, to join his regiment, having been here for a few days on furlough.

    Point to rightIt is stated that a portion of the army will be held as a reserve at Nashville, Tenn., to be commanded by Gen. Negley. The 7th Penna. Cavalry, Col. Wynkoop, will form part of the force.
