LOCAL AFFAIRS.

Point to rightThe telegraph reports a fight at Lebanon, Tenn., in which Wynkoop's Cavalry is said to have participated. The companies of Captain McCormick and Lieut. Seaslon(?), were reported in a letter from the Regiment which we published in our last, as being at Lebanon under Col. Munday. It is these companies unquestionably, that were in the fight. The despatch states that "in a fight at Pulaski, Tenn., about two hundred and fifty United States soldiers were captured by one thousand rebel cavalry, after a fight of two hours and a half, in which our men had two killed, three wounded, and one missing, and the rebels six killed and two wounded. The prisoners were subsequently released on parole and sent to Nashville. Subsequently the same rebel cavalry, with some others, were attacked and defeated by portions of three United States cavalry regiments, of which one was Wynkoop's Pennsylvania cavalry, at Lebanon. The rebels were utterly routed, a large number slain, all their horses and arms taken, and one hundred and fifty prisoners besides."
