COMPLAINTS AGAINST STREET LAMPS.

The new inspector of gas and electric lights desires the citizens to co-operate with him by sending in complaints concerning any gas or electric street lamp which does not appear to be burning properly. These complaints will be taken up in order, suitable tests being made when necessary. Address communications to Hubert S. Wynkoop, care department of city works, Brooklyn.
