WASHINGTON, May 27. (AP)--The Supreme Court refused today to interfere with the twenty-five-year sentence imposed on Dr. Alice L. Wynekoop, Chicago physician convicted of the operating table murder of her daughter-in-law, Rheta, in November, 1933. She is serving the sentence in the Woman's Reformatory at Dwight, Illinois.
