BY TELEGRAPH.From Washington.Washington, May 5.--A despatch to the Secretary of the Interior from the Peace Commissioners, dated Fort Laramie, May 3, reports that three head chiefs of the Cheyennes and a full delegation of mountain Crows and Arapahoes will be there in a few days.
