THE LITTLE ANNIE.

    W. C. Wynkoop who was sent out by the listing committee of the Denver Mining Exchange to examine the Little Annie mine made the examination Tuesday. The report that he will make to the committee next Friday will be made known to the public whatever it may be, but it may be said that he was enthusiastic in his expressions in favor of the property. Mr. Wheeler had nothing to do in selecting the examiner. He simply requested that the exchange send the expert of their own selection and paid $100 to defray the expenses. There is no necessity of listing the stock to raise money as the mine will now be a steady producer but, Mr. Wheeler promised that the stock would be listed so that holders could have a ready market in case they desire to realize. The committee will probably pass on the application Friday and the directors of the exchange pass on it Saturday, then the prospectus can be filed and the stock called on the exchange fifteen days later or on a day designated by the manager. The mine is still open for inspection by the public and no one cares whether it is inspected by friends or enemies, but as it is expensive to grant this permission there will be days designated when the mine can be seen but not without orders from the manager. Two jack trains are now packing ore and Mr. Hailery has promised to add another. The road will be open in two weeks so wagons can begin hauling ore which will make the June dividend for May output considerable.
