NOTICE is hereby given that, by virtue of an execution to me directed, from the Clerk's office of the District Court of Arrapahoe County Jefferson Territory, in favor of Joseph Marion et al Plaintiff, and against the goods, chattels, lands and tenements of Alexander Sanche defendant, I have levied upon the following described property, to wit: one Ranche with all the improvements thereon, situated on the Platte river, 14 miles below Henderson's Island, and that I shall, on Wednesday the 3rd day of July, A. D. 1861, between the hours of ten o'clock a. m., and three o'clock, p. m. of that day, expose for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, all the right, title and interest of the said Alexander Sanche in and to the above described property. Sale to take place in front of the Sheriff's Office, Larimer street, Denver.
    Given under my hand this 12th day of June, A. D. 1861.                                                                                     E. W. WYNKOOP.

Barrett, et al Plaintiff, and against the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of Frank De La Mar, George A. Jackson, Ed. Wakefield, John Stine, Wm. R. Mosier, S. E. Viach, John Chattman, and D. F. Fleshman, defendants, I have levied upon the following described property, to wit: one Yoke of Cattle and Wagon, the property of William R. Mosier, one of the above named defendants, and that I shall on Friday, the 28th day of June, A. D. 1861, between the hours of ten o'clock a. m., and three p. m., of that day, expose for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, all the right, title, and interest of the said William R. Mosier, in and to the above described property. Sale to take place in front of the Sheriff's Office on Larimer Street, Denver.
