LOCAL AFFAIRS.

Point to rightThe 7th Penna. Cavalry.--A despatch dated Nashville, Tenn., June 8, states:
Six hundred of Stearns's rebel cavalry attacked sixty scouts of Lester's Third Minnesota, while breakfasting near Reading, twelve miles from Murfreesboro', killing six and capturing all the rest but five. The rebels afterwards murdered several of their prisoners. The scouts belonged to Wynkoop's Cavalry.
We learn that about twenty of Wynkoop's Cavalry were captured; but it is thought none were from this County.
