Dry Violator Faces Fine or Jail Today.

DRY VIOLATOR FACES
FINE OR JAIL TODAY

    Isaac Shaman was given until noon today to pay his fine of $1000 or go to jail for 200 days by Municipal Judge Edmonds yesterday. Shaman pleaded guilty to three counts of Wright Act violations. Federal Prohibition Agents Wynkoop and Kimball said they arrested Shaman at 1026 East Twenty-fourth street on April 7, last, and found thirty gallons of wine and whisky. Solomon Sadwin, said to be a former rabbi, also was arrested and pleaded guilty to a possession charge. He was fined $250 and given a suspended sentence of ninety days.
