    Pam Kin arrived yesterday at New York on the steamer Newport from Havana and was not permitted to land. He was entered on the passenger list as a "trader," but Deputy Collector Wynkoop learned that he had been a porter in a store in Havana, and the law declares that no laborer shall be allowed to land.
