Miss Ballard Wed
To Mr. Wynkoop
In a quiet ceremony, attended only by members of the family and a few intimate friends, Miss Mary Louise Ballard, daughter of Mrs. Claude M. Ballard, and Mr. L. Wynkoop, both of Washington, were married at 11 o'clock Saturday morning, May 29, at the Wallace Memorial Church. The Rev. C. E. Hawthorne officiated.
The bride wore a white crepe gown trimmed in coronation blue, with a jacket and shoes of the same shade, and a small white hat with a short veil. She wore a corsage of white roses and lilies of the valley.
Mrs. Bowman C. Anderson, of Arlington, Va., sister of the bride, was the only attendent.
Mr. Joseph Taylor, of O'Fallon, Ill., was Mr. Wynkoop's best man.
Mr. and Mrs. Wynkoop left immediately after the ceremony for Rehoboth Beach, Del., where they are staying at the Hotel Henlopen. They will be at home after June 6 at 543 Randolph street northwest.
