Eleven escaped insane inmates are still at large following successful midnight break for liberty by thirteen desperate inmates of the Michigan State Hospital for the Criminal Insane at Ionia, Mich. Only two were retaken despite thorough search of territory surrounding the hospital. General view of the asylum is shown above.
