John Wyncoop was arrested yesterday by First Precinct Detective Kilmartin and locked up at the First Precinct police station, charged with stealing a watch belonging to a woman in the "Division." Wyncoop admitted that he had had the watch in his possession, but claimed that he lost it. Detective Kilmartin is endeavoring to recover it, and will arraign his prisoner in the Police Court to-day.
