Edwin S. Willets vs. The sloop Martin Wynckoop.--Collision in the night time, on the Hudson River, between the sloop and schooner Marian, by which both vessels were sunk. Held: Upon consideration of the proofs and law, that the fault of the collision was with the sloop. Ordered: Her condemnation in damages and costs, and reference to a Commissioner to compute the amount of damages.
