LOCAL AFFAIRS

Point to rightBrigade Encampment.--Brigadier General W. Reifsnyder has ordered an encampment of the Brigade which will be located on Lawton Hill, this Borough, and be named we believe, "Camp Wynkoop." The troops will go into camp on the 29th of August, and remain in four days, during which period all the regulations of the army in such cases, will be strictly enforced. Each man will be required to eat and sleep on the ground. It is expected that Gen. Scott, Governor Packer, General Patterson, and other distinguished officers will be present, and review the troops.
