United States Attornies and Marshals.

    The following will be found to be an accurate list of the U. S. District Attornies, and U. S. Marshals, in the several States and Territories, with the places of residence of the respective officers, and a statement of their terms of service. Those in whose cases the words "during the recess" are used, have been appointed since the adjournment of the Senate. It is to be presumed all of them will be confirmed by that body when it meets next Winter, although the President has the power to withdraw any name from the list, and substitute another, prior to the Senate's action:
