Williamsburg, Va., Aug. 26 (AP).--Howard F. Wyncoop, 54, drowned here yesterday in a lily pond on campus road near the College of William and Mary. The body was found by two college students passing the pond. Dr. J. M. Henderson, coroner, returned a verdict of suicide.
