Damages for Terminal Work.

    Suit for $20,000 damages was filed yesterday by Mary E. Wynkoop against the Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad Company. The suit is based upon alleged injuries to the home of the plaintiff, at 413 New Jersey avenue southeast, and inconvenience resulting from operations in the construction work being done by the company in the vicinity of her residence. She is represented by Attorneys Douglass and Douglass.

Ran Away with a Circus.

    George Towel and John Cook, sixteen-year-old boys, from Charleston, W. Va., were arrested yesterday by Policeman J. F. Davis, of the Fourth precinct, and taken to the House of Detention on a charge of vagrancy. According to their story, they left their homes about July 20 with John Robinson's circus, and were discharged at Alexandria Wednesday night. When found, they were loitering around the railroad tracks.
