LOCAL AFFAIRS.

Point to rightMilitary Affairs.--A large number of recruits for Col. Nagle's regiment, left here on Monday for Harrisburg. They were recruited for the companies of Captains Wren, Gilmour and Nagle. On Tuesday seven companies of this Regiment were mustered into the United States service.--Capt. Philip Nagle is now recruiting a company for this Regiment, and has quite a number of three months' men. Col. Nagle will have in his regiment a fine nucleus of these troops who have already seen service.
Capt. John Boyle is recruiting a company for Col. Cake's regiment.
Col. George C. Wynkoop's Cavalry regiment is coming on finely. It will be composed we learn, of six companies from Allegheny county, Capt. Jenning's company; Percy White's, a Danville and a Milton company. Pennsylvania will have a strong cavalry representation in the service.
It is anticipated that Col. Nagle's regiment will be mustered into the United States service to-day, at Harrisburg. The regiment is full.
