Serious Charges.--On Wednesday morning District Attorney Emig made information against Squire Wyncoop and Mrs. Zells, for the murder of Mrs. Kiehl. This case has already been before the public and as the charge is of a very grave and serious nature we refrain from comment, as writs of habeus corpus have been sued out. The hearing in Mrs. Zell's case takes place this (Thursday) afternoon in the courtroom, and that of Wyncoop on Friday. In our next issue we will give the particulars of the hearings, and the evidence adduced.
