CARLISLE, Pa., Sept. 18.--Yesterday W. H. Wynkoop and Mrs. Catherine Zell were arrested, charged with administering poison to Mrs. Mary Khiel, an aged lady of this place, who died suddenly last May. The body has been exhumed, and abundant evidence of arsenic found. To-day on application of Mrs. Zell's counsel a hearing of her case was had and she was remanded.
