Exciting Chase
Over Rooftops
Ends in Arrest

___________

Federal prohibition agents led by Chief Field Agent Wynkoop yesterday captured Harry Scott, bootlegger suspect, after an exciting chase over downtown rooftops that started when Scott fled his suite of rooms at 223 West Second street, while pursuers were endeavoring to batter down a barred door to his quarters. Two gallons of moonshine were seized.
Officers also arrested O. Herman, asserted "business man's bootlegger." Several pints of liquor in his possession were taken, according to the arresting officers.
Both men were arraigned in Police Court.
