Francis K. W. Drury

    NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 3 (AP).--Francis Keese Wynkoop Drury, 75, retired city librarian and author, died here today, two days after suffering a stroke.
    He was a former president of the Tennessee Library Association, vice president of the Southeastern Library Association and in earlier years had served as a lecturer at the University of Illinois and the University of Buffalo, N. Y.
    Mr. Drury was assistant librarian at Brown University at Providence, R. I., from 1919 to 1929.
    He was graduated in 1898 from Rutgers College, where he was captain of the football and a member of the track team. Mr. Drury authorized several books on literary and library subjects.
    Survivors include a son, Jack Drury, former city editor of the Nashville Banner; and two sisters, Miss Charlotte K. Drury, New York City, and Henrietta Lange, Gentofte, Denmark.
