Chinese Importers Seek Seized Liquor.

CHINESE IMPORTERS
SEEK SEIZED LIQUOR

    Quong Lee Company, Chinese importers, yesterday filed action in United States District Court against Federal Prohibition Administrator Frith, Chief Field Agent Wynkoop and Agents Donovan and Smith for the return of thirteen cases of Chinese medicated liquor, known as ng ka oy. It was said the liquor has been termed medicinal by the United States Supreme Court. The liquor, coming from San Francisco, was seized in February, 1925. It was consigned to Sing Sat of Los Angeles, it was said.
