The numbers and notes above, refer to Richard Wynkoop's 1904 edition of the Wynkoop Genealogy in the United States of America. I had assumed that Jacobus, as a longtime resident of Kingston, New York, would be buried there, but apparently I was wrong. Patricia Law Hatcher in her book, Abstract of Graves of Revolutionary Patriots, Vol. 4, Dallas, Pioneer Heritage Press, 1987, has this to say: WYNCOOP Jacobus Albany rural cem, Albany NY 31 If anyone can tell me where this "rural cemetery" can be found, I'd appreciate hearing from you. I can be contacted at [email protected]. All my best, Chris
