Frankie L. (Norton) Wyncoop Death Notice.

DIED -- WYNCOOP - In Whatcom, October 29th, 1886, Frankie L., beloved wife of M. C. Wyncoop, of Dakota creek, aged 20 years 4 months and 16 days.

It was with universal sorrow that the news was received in this community of the death of Mrs. Wyncoop, wife of M. C. Wyncoop, of Dakota creek, which occurred at Sehome last Saturday morning, from quick consumption. Mrs. Wyncoop was universally respected and liked by all who knew her, and the sympathy of many friends extends to the sorrowing husband in his sad bereavement. [1]

The funeral sermon of the late Mrs. M. C. Wyncoop will be preached at Union school house next Sunday morning at eleven o'clock, by Rev. J. W. Kager. [2]

Note:

    M. C. Wyncoop, listed here as Francis's husband is Matthew Calvin Wynkoop. For more information on him I would suggest you read The Biography of Matthew Calvin Wynkoop, donated by his great-granddaughter, Cate Read, [email protected]. He led a very interesting life.

    All my best,

    Chris
