Notes for THOMAS WINCOOP:
    According to the 1870 Federal Census, dated June 21, 1870, Thomas Wincoop, aged 40, was living in the Atlanta P.O., Fulton County, Georgia. He was born in Georgia and was working as a farm laborer.
    Living with him at the time was his wife, Ann, aged 21. She too was born in Georgia and was keeping house. Also living with them were their two children, Ella, aged 3 and George, aged 1. They too were born in Georgia.
    All of them are described as mulatto. None of them could read or write. None of their parents were of foreign birth.


Children of THOMAS WINCOOP and ANN are:

i. ELLA2 WINCOOP3, b. 1867, Georgia3.
ii. GEORGE WINCOOP4, b. 1869, Georgia4.
