A little information about Edo and family by Paul Brooks

Moll was John's brother not half, born March 3,1880 and when Johanna died Carl was given to her Sister to raise ,hense the Sir Name Moll...Edo was highly educated and was going to become a lawyer, but evidentially 7 years of service in the military was manditory at that time and he migrates to the U.S. to avoid that...From stories my father used to tell , Edens were a happy lot , his mother did beautiful embroidery work and enjoyed cooking and canning and being a homemaker and they enjoyed visiting the family and such activities as square dancing .......
