"In the case of Jonathan Jobe, plantiff, and Joel Warren, defendant, who was indicated for an affreay with Jobe, the defendant pleaded not guilty. One of the members of the jury was Ezekiel Farmer, the father-in-law to Jonathan's brother, Joh. Later that year, in another case Jonathan Jobe was fined sixty-five cents for an affray.
