Administration Bond of Abraham Gullett, dec'd, of Kent Co., DE
dated 26 January 1805
Know all Men,
By These Presents, That we John Gullett and
Joseph McNatt both of Mispillion Hundred of the county of
Kent, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Delaware, in
the sum of five hundred pounds, current money of the said state;
unto which payment well and truly to be made unto the said state, we do
bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and
severally, firmly by these presents...sealed with oyr seals, and dated at
Dover, in Kent county aforesaid, this Twenty Sixth day of
January in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and
five
John Gullett (Seal) Signed, ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kent County, To Wit, The State of Delaware, To the Sheriff of Sussex County, Greeting, We command you that you cite John Gullett Administrator of all and singular the goods & chattells rights & credits of Abraham Gullett late of Kent County dec'd if he be found in your bailiwic so that he be & appear before the Register of Kent County afsd for the probating of Wills and granting of letters of Administration at the Office of the said Register in Dover in the County of Kentafsd on the Eighth day of April next then and there to render an account of his said Administration on the Estate of the said Abraham Gullett and then he may not omit, and have you then there this citation.
