15. Thomas3 BAKER (Thomas2, Thomas1) was born in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York circa 1687. Thomas died December 30, 1755 in Union, Essex County, New Jersey at 68 years of age.(52) He was interred January 1756 at Connecticut Farms Churchyard, Section I, Row K in Union, Essex County, New Jersey.

He married twice. He married Elizabeth OSBORN December 6, 1711 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York.(53) Elizabeth was born circa 1690. Elizabeth was the daughter of Joseph OSBORN and (------) (--------). Elizabeth died after 1715. He married Martha SMITH November 4, 1719 at the Presbyterian Church in Newtown, Queens County, New York. Martha was born circa 1695. The will of Thomas Baker, yeoman,of the Borough of Elizabeth, Essex County, dated 25 December 1755 and proved 9 January 1756, mentions wife Martha, sons Thomas and Daniel; daughter Martha, wife of Jeremiah Mulford; and daughters Phebe, Mercy, and Patience; and grand daughter Elizabeth Brooks, daughter of Elizabeth Brooks, deceased. Son Daniel Baker and Timothy Whitehead, Esq. are named executors.

Jeremiah was the son of Jeremiah MULFORD and Abigail HEDGES. He was baptized October 31, 1714 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York.(54)
