I am researching the ancestors of Amasa G Scovill. Amasa was born in 1908 in a small town called Orangeville, in Emery County, Utah. Although the town of Orangeville is actually very near the center of the state, it is usually referred to as being part of "Southern Utah." Amasa was the first of 10 children born to Asahel and Artimissia (Burnett) Scovill. Amasa is the first person on the pedigree and family group charts that I've made up and posted.
