The entry for 'Elizer' says "do minutes before George do". The meaning of "do" here is the same as "ditto", and so the entry is interpreted to read 'born the same date and year as George A. C. Bonner (above), only minutes before', viz., Elizer and George were twins, and she was born just before he was.
Page 3, left:

You will notice that the header on 3 right says "Blacks". I believe that the top entries on page 3 left are also "Blacks". But the last 3 entries, at least, are the children of James H. Bonner. The final entry here is "B H Bonner", my great great grandfather, Benjamin Heath Bonner.
The entries here are by all evidence chronological. The year of birth for Mary is given 1845, which is in accordance with the census. But given that the chronology is probably maintained, what is written here, if it could be transcribed would probably read somewhere between 1838 and 1841, the dates for the entries that bound it.
