Coleman & Sally Coleman dawters of Gulielmus
Coleman deceased That the said Gulielmus Coleman
departed this life sometime in the year of ---
intestate leaving the following children
and representatives to wit Wm Guthrey who in
termarried with Elizabeth, Gulielmus Turner,
(Nelly Coleman & Amanda) children and represen
tatives of Benjamin Coleman who was one of the
children of Gulielmus Coleman deceased whom
it is prayed may be represented by Gulielmus
Coleman there guardian ad litem⋮ Mary Coleman
James Coleman and Wilson Coleman infant children
of Wilson Coleman, who was one of the represen
tatives of Gulielmus Coleman deceased whom it is
prayed may be represented by Gulielmus Cole
man there guardian ad litem, James C Coleman
John S Coleman That the said Gulielmus Coleman
administered upon the Estate of his deceased Father
and that commissioners were appointed by the county
court of Cumberland to divide the Estate of the
said Gulielmus Coleman deceased and they according
ly proceded to divide the said Estate and that
Wm Guthrey who intermarried with Elizabeth Coleman
Gulielmus Turner Coleman and Wilson Coleman
who departed this life some time in the year of [blank]

division having refused to cause unto the division
