I, Elizabeth Spore of the County of Gibson and State of Indiana being of sound mind and memory, do make ordain publish and declare this to be my last will and testament: First, I give and bequeath to my grandson James Henry Spore the sum of one dollar. To my grandson Jesse Spore the sum of five dollars. To my granddaughter Mary Elizabeth May the sum of Forty dollars, a bed, bedstead and chest, to be held in the possession of my son Jacob Spore until she becomes of age and signs his deed to the Home place: And the remainder to be divided equally between my other children Jacob Spore, Mary Muck, and Eliza Hanks: Eliza Hank's portion to be held in posession of my son Jacob Spore, subject to be drawn at any time by herself independent of her husband. In witness whereof, I have herewith subscribed my name and affixed my seal this fifth day of May in the year of Our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and sixty two.
