The Milligans of Rochester, NY
This tombstone, located in Riverside Cemetery in Rochester, NY, represents the final resting place for three offspring of William and Isabelle Milligan. However, due to the foresight of Nettie Milligan, who purchased the gravesite, a large amount of information was not lost upon the passing of Frank Milligan (the last of William and Isabelle's children).
