195.  Charles E5 KEISTER (David4, Peter3, Peter2, Philip1); born June 7, 1876 in VA;[1] married Fannie Howard, daughter of John W. Howard and Viola ?, January 6, 1904 in Montgomery County, VA;[2] died October 13, 1950 at age 74 and was buried in West End Cemetery in Radford, VA.[3]

     He began military service in 1898 as a Private with the 19th VA Infantry during Spanish-American War (headstone data).

 

     Fannie HOWARD was born on January 31, 1882 in Montgomery County, VA. She died on February 5, 1958 at age 76 and buried in West End Cemetery in Radford, VA.[4]

     Children of Charles E5 Keister and Fannie Howard were as follows:
