The picture shows Benjamin Francis Westerfield and his wife Julia Ann, nee Gray. Benjamin was born Berend Friedrich Westerfeld on 19 Nov 1820 in Oppenwehe, Wehdem parish, Westphalia, Germany. He came to the USA in about 1843 and changed his name. He was a tailor in Upper Marlboro, Prince George's County, Maryland. More information on him and his ancestors and descendancy here.
