1207. Moses SPENCER was born on 5 Jan 1745/46 in Haddam, Middlesex Co., CT. He died on 27 Mar 1826 in Lawrence, Lawrence Co., TN. Moses will is found in a drawer at the Lawrenceburg, TN Court House. The will is
not listed in the Will Book Index but on a page along with a very few others
in the front of the book, it is signed Moses Spencer in his own hand

Moses had three children by first wife, William, John and Mary. Her name is
not known nor when or where they were maried is known, but when is probably
between 1767 and 1773 before they came to Virginia.
