John & Nancy Jobe Copass' children - suit by his son William Copass against the heirs of John Copass,
"The tombstone of Nathan Copas lists his birthdate as1803, yet four children between 1798-1803 is rather crowded, then there is a large gap from 1803 to 1811. Census records suggest Nathan's birthdate as 1805-06, possible error on tombstone.""According to some of Cynthia (Copas) and John Cox's descendants, Rhoda Fitzgerald may have been half Cherokee Indian, and also known as "Toga"."
